We're looking for a Business Development & Learning Solutions Consultant to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, building trusted partnerships, and designing impactful learning solutions that address business challenges and accelerate performance.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development & Learning Solutions Consultant, you will combine your commercial mindset with a consultative approach to identify client needs and translate them into tailored learning and development solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understanding clients' business objectives, talent challenges, and capability development needs.
Designing and presenting customized learning solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborating with internal experts to create innovative and value-driven learning experiences.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on learning, talent, and workforce development initiatives.
Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Learning & Development, eLearning, HR Solutions, or Talent Solutions .
Strong ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and influencing decision-makers.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering client value.
