Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients around Europe within IT, digital transformation, and related sectors.
Execute cold-calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha, and HubSpot to build, manage, and track lead pipelines.
Qualify prospects to assess their needs for IT outsourcing and nearshore software development.
Nurture relationships with potential clients through tailored messaging and follow-ups.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and close new deals.
Monitor and report activity, pipeline progress, and KPIs in HubSpot.
Represent our services with a consultative approach, emphasizing value and long-term partnership.
Requirements
Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Swedish is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, ideally within IT services, software development, or outsourcing.
Confident with cold outreach activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Proficient with CRM systems and outbound sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, Lusha, or similar).
Self‑motivated, persistent, and goal‑oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills to quickly build credibility.
