We are looking for a
Business Controller
to join our
Finance
team. In this role you will support management in strategic decision-making through financial planning, performance analysis and business control. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will monitor key financial indicators, provide meaningful business insights and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic and operational objectives across the organization.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitoring variances against budgets and forecasts;
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and month-end closing activities;
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommending corrective actions;
Perform profitability analyses by project, customer, product and business unit to support management decision-making;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reliable business data;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Audit or a similar finance-related role;
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Oracle is an advantage;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders;
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
