We’re Hiring | Business Analyst

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking for an international opportunity in the financial services sector ? Join a dynamic team where you’ll act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams .

What you’ll do:

• Analyse end-to-end business processes and translate needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Manage and prioritise change request backlogs
• Conduct impact analysis across legacy systems and dependencies
• Support the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to UAT and production rollout
• Work closely with business, IT and third-party stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and user interviews
• Support production, incident and change management
• Contribute to Agile/hybrid delivery teams
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and support continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong functional analysis and requirements management skills
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience with SQL for data extraction/reporting
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools
• Exposure to financial systems such as payments, banking or asset management is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset

Languages: Fluent English and French are mandatory .
