We are looking for a Business Analyst to join KWAN who’s passionate about bridging business needs and technology!

️ The Challenge
- Gather, analyse, and document business and regulatory requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear specifications for architecture, development, and QA teams
- Support the definition of business rules, SLAs/SLOs, exception scenarios, incident management, and operational/regulatory reporting
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including use cases, process flows, high-level data models, and business manuals
- Define and validate acceptance criteria and support the preparation of business and certification test cases
- Participate in pilots with users and participants, validating proposed solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping clarify requirements and manage expectations
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What you bring to the table
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements
- Strong experience writing clear and structured functional specifications
- Knowledge of data and integration concepts, including APIs, messaging, and file-based integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
