Your Mission As a Business Analyst, you will: Partner with business stakeholders to understand and challenge requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications. Drive collaboration between business and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions are aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within Agile environments. Support testing, validation, and user adoption activities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Management Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate workshops and requirement clarification sessions with stakeholders. Ensure business needs are correctly understood by development teams. Agile Delivery Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support project delivery. Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders. Support prioritization and backlog management activities. Functional Design & Documentation Produce and maintain key project deliverables, including: User Stories Functional Requirements Functional Specifications Test Books Project Documentation Meeting Decks Status Reports Ensure documentation remains clear, comprehensive, and up to date. Testing & Validation Support test preparation and execution activities.

Validate delivered solutions against business requirements. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder sign-off processes. Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered functionality.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements Minimum

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst . Proven experience within the

Insurance industry , specifically: Life Insurance (Assurance Vie) Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, products, and operations. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Ability to manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
