As a Business Analyst , you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that requirements are translated into clear, actionable solutions that bring real value to the organization.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and priorities.
Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Model and optimize business processes.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams throughout project delivery.
Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement activities.
Provide functional support to business users.
Monitor and analyze business processes and application usage.
Investigate functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Maintain and update project and process documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements management.
Comfortable interacting with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in complex and international environments is a plus.
Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
Business Process Modeling (BPMN or equivalent)
Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
User Story creation and backlog management
Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
Functional specifications and documentation
UAT preparation and coordination
Stakeholder management and communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to challenge requirements constructively.
Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
Collaborative team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
