Branch Manager em Lisboa, Portugal

At W Executive, we are working with one of our clients, an international company specialized in distribution and last-mile delivery solutions for the furniture and home equipment sector, with an established presence in Spain and Portugal.

The company is currently looking to appoint a Branch Manager to lead its operations in Portugal, with responsibility for team management, warehouse operations, distribution and the coordination of self-employed partners.

We are looking for a professional with experience in logistics operations, transport, parcel delivery or last-mile distribution, particularly in environments involving the management of self-employed partners, as well as a good understanding of the Portuguese market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, last-mile delivery, transport, parcel delivery or similar environments.
• Experience managing operational teams, including warehouse and/or distribution functions.
• Experience working with and managing self-employed partners, drivers or external delivery teams.
• Good understanding of the Portuguese logistics and transport market.
• Basic knowledge of Portuguese employment and self-employment regulations.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Lisbon and Porto.
• Fluent in Spanish. English would be a plus.
