The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a BIM Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

Location: Alfragide | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Associate

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.

You will:

Participate in BIM model coordination processes within multidisciplinary building projects
Support the development of BIM routines and workflows, including automation through programming tools
Assist in the coordination between different disciplines, ensuring consistency and alignment of models
Support the management and guidance of more junior team members
Collaborate in the creation and development of production methods, templates, and BIM procedures

Job Requirements – What will help you thrive:

You will likely succeed in this role if you bring:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in BIM coordination or similar roles
Advanced proficiency in Revit and solid understanding of BIM methodologies
Knowledge of other BIM tools and programming (e.g. Dynamo, Python) is a plus
Strong ability to work across different types of projects and adapt to new challenges
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
