GOA Organics is a professional haircare brand currently expanding internationally. We create effective, high-performance formulas that combine professional expertise with a conscious approach to haircare.

We are looking for a B2B Sales & Business Development Manager for Portugal to grow our professional business across the country, managing our current clients and developing new ones.

Your role

You will be responsible for GOA Organics’ B2B business in Portugal, working directly with salons and professional partners across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop our existing B2B client portfolio in Portugal.
• Prospect and acquire new clients, identifying salons and professional partners with potential for GOA Organics.
• Identify new business opportunities across the Portuguese market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, hairstylists and industry professionals.
• Present our products, treatments and new launches to clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate agreements with existing and potential clients.
• Plan and organize client visits across Portugal.
• Follow sales performance and identify opportunities to grow each account.
• Support commercial activations, launches, events and training initiatives.
• Keep up to date with the market, competitors and new opportunities.
• Report on commercial activity, pipeline and sales performance.

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in professional haircare, beauty, cosmetics or the salon industry is highly valued.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and opening new accounts.
• Organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• English and/or Spanish is valued.
