The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Associate Engineer – HVAC to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.
Location: Alfragide | Contract type: Permanent | Seniority level: Intermediate
Job Responsibilities – What you will build:
In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.
You will:
- Develop HVAC projects ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements
- Design efficient and accurate technical solutions aligned with project needs and expectations
- Ensure adherence to established deadlines for project execution
- Support the planning of work activities
Job Requirements – What will help you thrive:

You will likely succeed in this role if you bring:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in HVAC project development
- Knowledge of DesignBuilder for thermal load calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
knowledge of REVIT is an advantage - Good command of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills and strong team spirit
