What is this challenge about
Investigate and resolve production incidents at L3 level, making sure the root cause is properly identified.
Understand how applications work end to end, from functional documentation and business rules to following a transaction across multiple components.
Dig into complex issues through log analysis, database queries and metrics.
Define meaningful metrics for early problem detection and spot recurring failure patterns, proposing preventive actions.
Work alongside development teams to fix problems at their source.
Document findings and share knowledge with the team.

What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in application support or production support
Comfortable working with the Linux shell (grep, awk, sed, tail, ps, top) and navigating the filesystem
Solid SQL skills (selects, joins, subqueries)
Solid English skills ( B2 or higher )
Strong analytical thinking and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving
Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across teams
Critical thinking and a prevention-oriented mindset
Autonomy , ownership and perseverance when facing complex problems
Fast learner, comfortable with change and new technologies
Nice to have: observability tools such as Grafana or the ELK Stack , and scripting in Bash or Python
