- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of critical business applications in production environments.- Monitor applications, manage incidents and problems, and coordinate resolutions with Development, Infrastructure, and external teams.- Execute deployments, changes, upgrades, and patches following ITIL and DevOps best practices.- Support monitoring and observability initiatives, including tools such as Dynatrace, to proactively detect and prevent issues.- Maintain technical documentation, contribute to continuous service improvement, and participate in on-call support for critical systems.
Qualifications
- Java APP servers (RedHat Jboss EAP) and java knowledge (heap and thread dump anaiisys, performance optimization);
- API gateway integration (Axway/APIGee)- Dynatrace and other monitoring/observability tools (Jaeger, grafana, prometheus, ELK);
- CI/CD setup & optmization (GITLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus Sonatype)
