Application Support . Your mission will be:
Supporting and maintaining digital applications developed in OutSystems; Ensuring the timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and application-related issues; Working closely with development and support teams to analyse applications, troubleshoot problems, and provide operational support. You will need:
+1 year of experience in application support, ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and database access; Strong knowledge in relational databases (preferably Oracle), Windows, IIS, Unix, and Linux environments; BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas; CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit; Fluency in Portuguese. Would be awesome if you have:
Previous experience in Agile environments; Previous experience with OutSystems application support and code analysis. What we offer:
