As an Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the IT sector dedicated to delivering seamless application support and operational excellence. Join us to help optimize critical systems and drive technological innovation that empowers organizations worldwide.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide expert application support for complex IT systems, ensuring stability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing system downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
Maintain detailed documentation of technical processes and incident reports.
Assist in deploying updates and patches, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 operational needs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system robustness and efficiency.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
At least 2 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, tools, and monitoring platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
certifications related to IT support or system administration.
experience working in an international or multilingual environment.

French: Communicative level
