Job Description
We are currently seeking a Support Application Analyst (L2/N2) to join a dynamic team responsible for the operational support of critical Front Office and Middle Office applications .
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for business-critical applications.
Investigate, qualify, and resolve application incidents.
Gather and validate information from end users to support troubleshooting activities.
Reproduce reported issues and document detailed replication steps.
Perform root cause analysis across application, integration, and data layers.
Collaborate with Development and Level 3 Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain clear communication with business users and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Application Support (L2/N2) or Production Support .
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data investigation and validation.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy or similar ticketing tools.
Knowledge of REST APIs , Web Services , JSON , and XML .
Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk , Kibana , or ELK Stack .
Understanding of application architectures, integrations, services, and data flows.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident & Problem Management).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent French (mandatory).
Additional Information
Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments.
Knowledge of middleware, batch processing, and application monitoring solutions.
Experience supporting Front Office or Middle Office applications.
