Job Description 2nd and 3rd line application support, combined with incident and problem resolution, service level monitoring and continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.
Must-Have:
2+ years of experience in 2nd and 3rd line application support, with strong functional analysis skills.
Availability to join a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
Working knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
Hands-on work in Unix and Linux environments.
Proficient in scripting languages such as KSH, Bash, Python or Perl.
Solid understanding of Ethernet networking and TCP/IP.
Familiarity with REST APIs.
Analytical mindset, autonomy and proactivity, service and results orientation, teamwork and schedule flexibility.
Would be great if you have:
Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience automating processes, including Ansible for task and configuration automation and playbook creation.
Exposure to ELK Stack, Grafana and Logstash, including dashboard and alerting setup in Grafana.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or GitLab.
Basic knowledge of regular expressions.
Awareness of IT standards and best practices such as ITIL and ISO 20000.
