Your Mission

As an Appian Developer, you will: Develop and enhance business applications using the Appian platform. Design automated processes that improve efficiency and user experience. Integrate Appian solutions with internal and external systems. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Appian Development Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Appian platform. Build and optimize: Process Models SAIL Interfaces Expressions and Business Rules Record Types Leverage Appian Data Fabric to create efficient and scalable solutions. Ensure applications follow Appian best practices and development standards. Integration & Data Management Integrate Appian applications with internal and external systems. Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Work with relational databases to ensure efficient data access and management. Support data modeling and application performance optimization. Agile Delivery Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to project planning, estimation, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure the quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in Appian development. Hands-on experience with: Process Models SAIL Interface Development Expressions and Rules Record Types Data Fabric Experience integrating Appian with external systems. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. Strong SQL and relational database skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience working with tools such as: Jira Confluence Technical Skills Appian Platform Process Models SAIL Rules & Expressions Record Types Data Fabric Integration REST APIs SOAP Services System Integration Databases SQL Relational Databases Data Management Tools & Methodologies Agile Jira Confluence
