WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps;
Solid understanding of AI systems and practical applications;
Ability to map and redesign business processes for automation;
Someone who works perfectly with others to understand AI improvements on their work;
Nice to have: University project or thesis applying AI to a real business problem;
Strong command of English (written and spoken);
Ability to work in multidisciplinary and operational environments;
Organized, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY

Map, analyse, and automate manual internal processes including billing, invoicing, document management and reporting workflows. Use tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI (agents) integrations to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce operational friction across departments.
Administer and optimise use of the Microsoft 365 suite: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related tools. Build structured intranet pages, automate document flows and design collaborative workspaces to ensure the organisation is getting full value from its existing technology.
Provide digital and analytical support to the energy solutions and energy transition project teams, helping with data collection, reporting automation, document management, and the integration of AI tools into project workflows where relevant.
Connect internal data sources and build dashboards and reports that enable timely visibility into operational and commercial performance.
Identify improvement opportunities together with the various departments and prioritise automation initiatives based on their expected return.
