AI Frontend & Python Developer!

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain frontend applications using React .
Develop and maintain Python applications and services.
Contribute to the development of data pipelines and data preparation processes .
Support the onboarding of new AI use cases and countries onto the Cardif Agent Platform (CAP) .
Provide technical support, follow up on new use cases, and contribute to environment creation and deployment .
Help scale the onboarding of new use cases by contributing to the creation and improvement of playbooks, processes, and deployment practices .
Monitor existing bots and contribute to incident management, troubleshooting, and application stability .
Identify and address technical issues, vulnerabilities, and technical debt at application, dependency, and security levels.
Collaborate with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, MLOps, Data, and Security teams to ensure effective integration and delivery of technical components.
Participate in Agile ceremonies , including sprint planning, backlog reviews, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to the integration and adoption of new AI tools and technologies .
Use user feedback and understanding of the data lifecycle to support continuous improvement of the platform.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in software development .
Strong expertise in Python .
Solid experience in frontend development , particularly React .
Experience with API Management , ideally with technologies such as Apigee .
Experience with data pipelines and orchestration .
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools , such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD .
Good knowledge of Agile software development methodologies .
Good understanding of security best practices , including application and dependency security.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting application stability and performance.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills .
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teams .
Adaptability and ability to work in a changing and fast‑paced environment.
Professional English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI technologies , particularly AIOps, AI pipelines, RAG document ingestion, and AI model orchestration .
Experience developing and orchestrating data pipelines with Apache Airflow .
Knowledge of process orchestration using Airflow .
Professional French proficiency.
