The Role: AI Engineer (MLOps & Generative AI)
Location: Lisbon
Work Model: Hybrid: 2-3 days/week onsite
Languages: English - Professional proficiency(Mandatory)
We're looking for an AI Engineer to help industrialize and operate AI solutions in production environments. You'll work closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI services.
What You'll Do
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML, DL, LLM, and AI Agent solutions.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads.
- Manage containerized deployments and model lifecycle processes.
- Ensure model traceability, observability, quality, and governance.
- Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to meet GDPR, DORA, and AI Act requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of ML, Deep Learning, LLMs, and AI Agents.
- Experience with MLflow, DVC, or similar MLOps tools.
- Understanding of model governance, data lineage, and AI lifecycle management.
- Experience working in hybrid or on-premises environments.
- Fluent English.

- Bash, YAML, and SQL.
- Experience with Agentic AI solutions.
- IAM, security, or data protection experience.
