Procuramos um/a profissional de Infraestruturas e Sistemas para integrar um projeto, assumindo a resolução de incidentes técnicos complexos, a identificação de causas-raiz e a garantia da estabilidade e eficiência dos serviços tecnológicos.
A tua missão:
* Investigar e resolver problemas técnicos escalados pelas equipas de suporte.
* Identificar causas-raiz e implementar soluções para incidentes complexos.
* Administrar e prestar suporte a infraestruturas Microsoft e serviços cloud.
* Trabalhar com ambientes Azure, Windows Server e Microsoft 365.
* Apoiar a gestão de identidades, acessos e dispositivos.
* Utilizar scripts e ferramentas de automação para otimizar tarefas e processos.
* Colaborar com as equipas de Infraestruturas, Sistemas e Suporte na melhoria contínua dos serviços.
Requisitos mínimos:
* Experiência em administração de sistemas e infraestruturas de TI.
* Conhecimentos de Azure e serviços cloud.
* Experiência com Windows Server e Microsoft 365.
* Conhecimentos de SQL e PowerShell.
* Capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de incidentes técnicos complexos.
* Bons conhecimentos de inglês, nível C1 mínimo.
Valorizamos: experiência com Entra ID, Intune, automação e gestão de ambientes Microsoft.
Modelo de trabalho: Remoto, sujeito à aprovação durante os primeiros 6 meses.
